After turning the miningbot on it flies to asteroid belt and aprochys nearest asteroid and doesnt stop and hits it can i prevent it from doing that

Yes, you can make it stop before hitting the asteroid.
Some players use a command to stop the ship in that case. The bot emulates the behavior of a human player, but it is not as good as a human at reading the UI elements. Depending on your setup, the bot could fail to recognize the button to stop the ship. Do you have a screenshot of your ship UI with the button to stop the ship? Or does that not exist on your setup?
