Is there any way to tell the bot to priotitize certain rats over others?
For example the drone patrols and hordes spawn webbing enemies, which can slow You down and make You die.
If there is no way to tell the bot to check for certain rats, how can I make it target smaller ships first?

Yes, prioritizing the webbing ships is simple when you share the corresponding recording of your game client.
Your game client probably displays an icon indicating the webbing effect, allowing us to identify the originating rat.
When you send me a play session export with an example of webbing, I use that to adapt the bot to detect it in your game client.
