Discrepancy in Charged Credits

I have noticed in my recent billing history for service usage, based on the stated rate of 2000 credits per hour (billed in 10-minute increments at 333 credits per increment).

After analyzing the charges for the recorded sessions, I found a total discrepancy of 5,781 credits across multiple entries. Below are some examples of the discrepancies identified:

  • For a session lasting 88 minutes, I was charged 3000 credits, whereas the expected charge based on the stated rate is 2,930 credits, resulting in a discrepancy of 70 credits.
  • For a session lasting 67 minutes, I was charged 2333 credits, but the expected charge is 2,231 credits, resulting in a discrepancy of 102 credits.
  • For a session lasting 206 minutes, I was charged 7000 credits, but the expected charge is 6,860 credits, resulting in a discrepancy of 140 credits.

These are just a few of the entries where discrepancies were observed. I have a full list available for review if needed.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate these discrepancies and provide clarification or adjustments to ensure the charges align with the stated rate.

Please let me know if further details or documentation are required from my side.

Hi @Sobeit,

Thank you for taking the time to share these detailed examples.

To clarify, the phrase “billed in ten-minute increments” means that the session duration is rounded up to the nearest whole multiple of ten minutes before charges are calculated. Here’s how it applies to the examples you provided:

  • A session lasting 88 minutes is rounded up to 90 minutes (9 increments).
  • A session lasting 67 minutes is rounded up to 70 minutes (7 increments).
  • A session lasting 206 minutes is rounded up to 210 minutes (21 increments).

I’ll update the guides to explain this better moving forward.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let me know—I’m happy to help!

Best regards,
Michael
